Charter Communications is providing this free message service to non-profit organizations in the local community on a first-come, first served basis. Space on the channel is limited. To ensure the addition of your message to the community bulletin board, please follow the submission guidelines below:

1.One message per individual or community group per month.
2. To provide a greater coverage of message information CTV-21 will air dated events for up to 3 months.
3. For dated events this form must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to start date of the event.
4. Messages are updated on Monday and Thursday of each week.
5. Messages with no event date can also be run for 3 months. A new application must be submitted per each 3-month posting. It is recommended that the message content be altered for each submission.
6. Keep the message specific (Who, What, Where, When and Contact #)
7. In order to ensure your message appears as desired please print clearly and carefully.
Where applicable, press releases or flyers should be included with this form.
6. Complete this form and email (CTV21@chartercom.com), mail, fax to (203) 304-8788, or deliver it to the Charter Newtown office.
