Just completed - a 4.5 minute video on the recycling campaign written, directed, and performed by members of this department. You'll see it on CTV-21. Let us know what you think, we had fun creating it.
If you noticed on the "tape Drop-Off" page that we will be at the Trumbull Rotary Business EXPO and would like more information about it click here
New Fairfield Residents will have several opportunities during April to drop off tapes. Frank Shea, Director of Buildings and Grounds for the Town of New Fairfield, also manages the Recycling Center. We will be visiting there on the 10th and 14th of April, however, New Fairfield residents will also be able to drop tapes off there all month. We will be return to pick up whatever accumulates during the rest of April.
We met with a very nice group of Woodbury Volunteers on the Woodbury Conservation Commission. We visited them during one of their meetings to firm up our visit with the Mobile Production Truck on April 7th during their town-wide Clean-up Day. Any tapes that are not able to be dropped off by residents on the 7th can be brought the transfer station in town. We will provide more details on this later.
